• Protect the patient information in a secure and centralized location
• Link all information (email, fax, scanned images, data) into one
complete patient global medical record
• Provide 24/7/365 access to current information about patient medical
history
• Provide a central research information repository
• Support collaboration across the Zoa Cell network
Include full-function accounting capabilities to facilitate:
• Flexible patient payment avenues to reduce patient stress
• International, multi-currency payables to therapists and vendors
• Real time financial reporting in a common currency
Consist of a combination of off-the-shelf and newly written software:
• Where possible, commercial software will be used and integrated
to provide functionality and scalability
• Custom software solutions may be required to provide specific
functionality and interoperability
• The links and communication between all Zoa Cell systems will
be seamless and provide complete audit trails
Be scalable, duplicable and sufficiently flexible to add sister-companies and subsidiary
operations without major alterations:
• System capability and design will be such to allow for easily
adding operations loads without major system rewrites or purchases
• Web, Content Management and Account features will support multiple
business entities under one seamless interface
Additional features will include:
• Online Questionnaire Algorithm to expedite the referral of potential
patients by automatically determining initial eligibility based on the patient’s
responses.
• Provide treatment and protocol research data in analytical and
report form
• Support multiple languages and portals based on Zoa Cell role
and responsibilities
• Management level Operational and Accounting KPI (Key Performance
Indicators) will be developed for the ongoing management of all aspects of the Zoa
Cell company
