Mr. Fretwell provides financial and management consultation to international energy
and medical companies. In addition to his current responsibilities as Chairman and
COO of Zoa Cell Holding, Ltd, he is Principal and Manager of Fretwell Lands, Ltd,
and is a director of Liberty Lane Trading, Ltd, and Global NRG, Ltd.
Bahy Ayoub, MD comes to Zoa Cell with many years of experience in different aspects
of Hematology, especially with Blood Group Serology, Infectious diseases and Hemostasis.
For years he has been in the role of marketing and business management introducing
"scientific marketing" into the diagnostic field while developing new markets in
Asia, Africa and the Middle East, creating a network of distributors in more than
50 countries, and leading global business and marketing teams for companies such
as, DiaMed, in Switzerland.
Dr. Ayoub has given hundreds of lectures, training courses as well as presentations
in several seminars, conferences and workshops throughout the world including Europe,
Middle and the Far East, China, and the Indian subcontinent. In addition to his
participation in major cellular therapy and regenerative medicine conferences he
also acts as a consultant in several projects to establish Bone Marrow Transplantation
(BMT), Cord Blood Banks and Stem Cell Units.
Although his professional interests include red blood cell antigen functions, pathogen
inactivation, stem cell applications and regenerative medicine, ÿyou can also find
him taking pleasure in table tennis, squash, skiing, reading, and spending time
with family in Switzerland, where he currently resides. Dr. Ayoub is fluent in
English, Arabic, and French.
Dr. Jan relocated to Argentina from Brazil in 1998. She always loved science and
at the age of 26 received her medical degree and was the top of her class. After
2 years as an Internal Medicine physician she discovered stem cells and was given
the opportunity to work with Dr. Roberto Fernandez Vina, a pioneer in cell therapy.
Since then she has been involved in more than 400 cases of stem cell treatments
for several maladies such as diabetes, COPD, MS, ELA, spinal cord Injury, Batten’s
disease, and spinal muscular atrophy.
Now she focuses on her work with Zoa Cell to pursue the best scientific path in
applying Adult Stem Cell Therapies worldwide.
Patrick has a broad, unique and international background in the IT industry. His
experience with everything from hardware, networking and datacenter operations to
software development, database, data warehouse and Business Analytics sets him apart
as one of the most well rounded technolgy experts in the world. He provides a wealth
of experience and a thorough understanding of the challenges that a global enterprise
faces.
Patrick studied Computer Science at the University of Louisville, in the USA and
has authored books on enterprise development and database programming in multiple-languages.
Patrick has been in the IT industry since 1982 and has taught thousands of students
across the world programming best practices and enterprise application design.
